Individual Spiritual Direction:

Meet about one time per month for about an hour. This is an opportunity to explore your relationship with God with a compassionate listener.

Fee: $75

Group Spiritual Direction:

This is a small group of people about 6-10 people who come together to discern next steps and companion each other as they open to the Spirit's movement in their lives.

Contemplative Retreats:

Usually one to three days to come away from the demands of daily life and quiet your heart to listen. What are you listening for? Listening for the small whisper of Spirit, the movements of your body, and the yearnings of your heart. This is a time to begin to discern how you will respond to what you hear.
