Do you feel like you can’t find the words to explain how you feel?

Or do you sometimes feel talked out?

Do you sometimes feel like your heart is at war with your head?

Do wish your heart and your head would just get along?

Working with images and symbols can give you a fresh way to express how you feel.

Your head and your heart can get along, but first they each need to be heard.

Language, logic, and linear work can be a great support, but when it’s in the lead we sometimes leave our ability to be in deep relational connection, even with ourselves, behind.

This sandtray playshop is designed to:

~go deep and connect you to your inner workings

~shower light on places that may feel shadowed

~gently support your knowing, understanding, and movement into clear action

Mondays, March 23 AND April 6, 2020 from 6 - 8:30 pm

The fee is $100 for the two playshops. Space is very limited.
